Last night Kylah and I had a "date" dinner after her gymnastics. She chose Steak 'N Shake, of course. It was so fun, and she was so excited when I told her. She was so chatty and hyper. She is usually in her own little world, and it's hard to get her to give me any detailed answers about her day (she usually just answers "good...") I got an earful last night, and it was great! I heard all about who she plays with at school, what she loves to do at school, and what boys chase her at recess!! I think I'm going to need to have many of these one-on-one dates with Kylah in the upcoming years to keep tabs on what's going on with her. :)
