Little Maestro

This one's for you, Jennifer! Joey loves to sit by himself and play the piano.

And this is my VERY godly son. He prays an average of about 8 times during every meal. :)

He hasn't learned to close his eyes yet, but he does make sure everyone around has clasped their hands together to pray before he can go on eating.

We have really been enjoying having my mom here this week. She came last Friday and is here until tomorrow. I've been getting lots of sleep on my days off, and the kitchen is miraculously clean every time I wake up! :)

Fun at Chuck E Cheese

Joey had his first visit to Chuck E Cheese this weekend. This was the look of awe on his face when we walked in, and it pretty much stayed the same the whole time!

He can't wait to go back! (The big kids had fun too!) :)

oooooowwwwwww...

Tonight Joey hit his head....for the fourth time in a week! His poor little forehead is so bruised. I'm worried people are going to start wondering about us! You can see a few of them in this picture. I guess he's just at that clumsy stage...and his head is kind of big, so it's the first thing that hits! :)

Joey helped Joe give Simba a bath tonight. Joey thought it was pretty funny that Simba was in HIS bath.

This is from a few days ago. Joey loves to play with my sunglasses.

Our nieces Mackenzie and Bella, along with Joe's brother Josh, are in Kansas from the Philippines to see Joe's grandpa, Papa. We went there last weekend, but I didn't take any pictures (sorry Val!) But we are going back this weekend, so I will be sure to take some then. Joe's Papa will be going home tomorrow, so we are all thankful for that. Thanks for all your prayers!

Congratulations Aaron and Esther!

Aaron and Esther officially became Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Manes on Friday, August 31st. It was a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Illinois. They make a great couple! They are now in the Dominican Republic on their honeymoon!

The whole clan of kids at the reception. All four of us are now married.

Joey was the "ring bearer's helper." He did great at the rehearsal...not so great at the actual wedding. I had to go back down the aisle to get him. Oh well...it was cute anyway!

Both Joe and I were attendants, so all three of us were a part of the wedding. We were honored to be a part of it, and we had a wonderful time!

I didn't get any pictures of my nephew, Michael, at the wedding, but this is him with my brother the next day watching the Husker game. He is so cute!

We had such a fun weekend with my whole family together!

We helped my parents pack up their house on Sunday. Today they are on their way to their new house in Ohio!
