Color wars

 Our church hosted a super fun family event the other night, called Color Wars.

Basically they have bins of corn starch with food coloring mixed in and everyone throws it on everyone else (the object is to have your color be the one that is seen the most). We all had a blast!

My shoes were green and blue for about a month after this...

Kids Triathalon

 Joey and Kylah participated in the Bentonville kids triathalon again over Labor Day (Trifest for MS).

After last year's race Kylah said she was never going to do that again. But she did...sound familiar all of you marathoners??? :)

Audrey, Ellie and Drew all did the race as well.

Tough girls.

 

I love this picture of Joey and Audrey. Yep, both in 4th grade and only 9 months apart in age.

 

It was fun to see how intense Kylah got at the end of her race trying (and succeeding) to beat her friend Drew.

 

Joey did awesome in his race as well, beating his time from last year.

What a fun race! I'm sure they'll be doing it again next year. Oh, and Norah will be old enough next year, so she says she wants to do it too! :)
